Congratulations Card

I'm playing along with the CAS(E) this Sketch #89 challenge and here is my take on the sketch.

The card base is a textured navy colored cardstock that is cut narrow than the usual standard. The central panel is a white cardstock layered on a gold.

I quilled the rings using a 1/16th inch width gold strips of paper.

I stamped the word "congratulations" on a horizontally cut gold cardstock placed above the central panel to  in a manner similar to the given sketch.

I glued few rhinestones on the central panel for that little touch of bling.

Lastly, I stamped the flower on a white cardstock, then cut and placed it on the horizontal cardstock.
