Quilled Photo Frame

Another first from me!

I had paper roses left from a previous craft project and an unadorned photo frame wanting a makeover. So I put them together and here's the outcome.

I used 3/8 inch or 9.5 mm strips of quilling paper to craft the roses and 1/8 inch or 3mm for the leaves.

I made the roses following instructions from Claire Choi's tutorial.

Once done, I brushed the roses and leaves with mod podge and let them dry. I used mod podge with gloss finish.

I then arranged them in a pattern of my choice.
